Mandurah Tile & Bathrooms was previously known as Mandurah Tile & Stone.
We changed our name in 2026 to better reflect the full range of products and services we offer: tiles, bathroom ware, tapware, shower screens, and more, all available in our Mandurah showroom.

A Mandurah Tile Business Since 1976
Mandurah Tile & Bathrooms has been serving the local community for nearly 50 years. The business first opened in 1976 under the name Harry Hardings, establishing itself as a trusted tile supplier in the Peel Region long before most of today's big box retailers existed.
In July 2021, the business was taken over by Lee, a local tiler with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the tiling industry. Lee previously ran LJK Tiling Solutions and brought with him a deep practical knowledge of tiles, installation, and what homeowners and tradies actually need when they walk through the door.
Today, Lee is on the showroom floor most days — available to answer questions, help with product selection, and offer honest, trade-informed advice.

We are a small, independent, family owned and operated business. We are not a franchise or a chain store. Every customer who comes through our door is dealt with personally by our team.
Lee's philosophy has always been simple: enter as a customer, leave as a friend. That approach has earned us a loyal customer base across Mandurah and the wider Peel Region, and it is the reason so many of our customers come back project after project.

Our showroom is also only five minutes from the Mandurah Foreshore, making it easy to drop in and see our range of quality tiles, baths and toilets.

Directions to our Mandurah Showroom
- Getting here is simple. From Mandurah Forum, head North onto Old Coast Road.
- Turn left at the roundabout onto Mandurah Road, then immediately turn right onto Rouse Road.
- Take the first right onto Fitzgerald Road, then after 150 metres, we are situated on the right at Unit 2/13 Fitzgerald Road.
